Steps to get the vaccine

- Booking online is the fastest. Click "Book now by healthengine " to book online. ( We will post more details soon )
- COVID - 19 vaccine dose 1 ( starting from 12th April 2021 )
- COVID - 19 vaccine dose 2. (12 weeks later).
NOTE :
- Booking online is highly recommended. No walk-ins accepted. Phone wait times can be quite long.
- Fill the new patient form that is sent via SMS before your appointment to make it a faster process.
- Pre-booking for all vaccines is mandatory.
- Both doses are required to be vaccinated against COVID -19 . Single-dose is ineffective and will not register yourself as immunized against COVID - 19.
- Records of immunization can be accessed through MyGov.
- Initial consultation is mandatory and will not be on the same day as vaccination.
- Any questions regarding the vaccine can be asked to the GP's during your consultation. You will be required to give written consent regarding the immunization.
